More than a class schedule

A community space for Pilates and Gyrotonic.

Core is being built for people who want to learn, practise, and feel at home in the work. Clients can come for private or small-group movement; instructors can gather, experiment, keep learning, and share a calm, well-equipped space.

That is what makes Core different from the usual studio model in Hong Kong: it is intimate, warm, and serious about the craft without feeling exclusive.
